Challenge
Private clinics frequently present themselves in the same clinical, template-driven language as insurance portals, which understates the quality of the care.
Solution
Design a calm, editorial patient experience. Explain services in plain language and route enquiries directly to the clinic team through a considered booking flow.
Design direction
A warm off-white palette, deep green accents, editorial serif typography, natural photography and generous whitespace throughout.
