Every Novus engagement follows a predictable process so you always know what is happening and what is expected next. Exact prices and timelines are confirmed in writing during the proposal stage.

Initial enquiry
You share what you're working on using the Start a Project form. We review the information and confirm whether the project appears to be a suitable fit.

Discovery conversation
A short structured conversation to understand the business, users, current situation and objectives in detail.

Project proposal
A written proposal outlining scope, approach, deliverables and terms. Prices and timelines are confirmed here, not before.

Deposit and agreement
Once the proposal is agreed, a deposit is taken and the engagement is booked into the studio schedule.

Research and structure
The foundations are established: sitemap, content structure, user flows and any technical constraints.

Design direction
The visual direction is defined and applied to the key surfaces before the full system is built out.

Development
Engineering happens against the design system. Copy, imagery and third-party integrations are folded in as they are ready.

Client review
Structured review points where you see the work in progress and provide focused feedback that can be acted on.

Testing
Cross-device testing, performance checks, accessibility review and content proofing before launch.

Launch
The site is deployed, DNS is configured, analytics is verified and the finished product is monitored during the first days.

Support
Ongoing support arrangements agreed up front — maintenance, updates and iterative improvements.
